- All transactions are final.
- No returns or refunds shall be issued. It is your responsibility to inspect the product at the time of delivery and note on invoice if there are any damages or other unsatisfactory conditions.
- If you paid with the credit card, by executing the final product acceptance you hereby to waive any and all credit card disputes.
- You further acknowledge that you received and read the Limited Warranty information.
- All deliveries are tail gate curb-side only unless noted differently.
- You must have crew to unload and authorized agent to sign for acceptance of delivery.

- Any materials damaged during transportation will be exchanged or credit will be issued.
